- Abstract
- Most of the cities operate with the bilateral system, but the information flow within that work is unilateral. The flow of information in a unilateral system is from top to the below one way. However, the bilateral system uses one to one or one too few members, but both have equal responsibility. Bilateral information system (BIS) helps to solve the gap of interaction and mutual communication between members. We develop a bilateral bus information system to overcome this gap in public transportation. For the smooth transportation system, the bilateral info system helps over the traditional unilateral info system. IoT devices and the central cloud is the main component to implement this system. This system Notify the bus to stop in the desired station before the bus comes. This system helps the driver to take action before they reach the station. The data of notifying station and time will help design future bus routes, bus density, and bus station. This bilateral information flow system over unilateral might affect all smart cities’ sectors and help create proper information flow for the public.
