dc.description.abstractThis study aims to draw which characteristics of products are essential to be adopted by customers as PSS model and have potential to success in PSS model on customers’ perspective especially in business to consumer field whilemost of cases could be found in business to business field. Through research on successful cases in business to business filed and literature review, specific characteristics in common were drawn as hypothesis. To verify hypothesis customer survey was performed. Then one sample t-test, independent sample t-test and weight analysis were performed by EXCEL, SPSS, and AHP. This study is focused on finding out which characteristics have potential to enhance the likelihood of adoption of PSS models from the customer perspective. Since this study was conducted to customer perspective, it will be applied to industry. This result is expected to be a momentum to companies that PSS will be a way to create new competitive advantages. However, this study has a limitation in that it does not include provider’s point of view. Moreover, pre-education of respondents should have been done before performing questionnaire to draw more accurate result.en_US
