- Abstract
- Highly reduced zeolite-entrapped cobalt particles are prepared by simple impregnation of an alkali solution into a cobalt-exchanged zeolite followed by reduction with hydrogen gas at 450-degrees-C; the catalyst exhibits high selectivity towards linear hydrocarbons, especially alk-1-enes, and strong resistance to deactivation in the Fischer-Tropsch reaction.
