- Abstract
- Real-time biosignal sensing in the brain or peripheral nerves is essential to implement a closed-loop therapeutic neuromodulation system and to elucidate biomarkers during therapy, however, stimulation artifact often contaminates the electrophysiological recordings and finally makes it difficult to use the recorded data. In this study, we designed a stimulation artifact-free neuromodulation system that operates in real-time and requires low computational cost. The proposed method was validated through in silico and in vitro approaches, and the results showed the potential for application to in vivo conditions.
