Wireless power transfer (WPT) technology using RF is a new method that can significantly reduce the size of implantable medical devices (IMD) by removing batteries. In this paper, an "on demand" method of electroceutical that makes electric pulses when stimulation is needed was developed. The electroceutical positioned at subcutaneous couldn't be observed since this is tiny. The design of spiral shape antenna for in vivo test with 4layers impedance matching resulted in higher efficiency. Animal testing with this device demonstrates that this ultra-small electroceutical in the size of 7mm x 7mm x 3mm based on WPT technology can produce enough electrical pulses to stimulate nerves in the body.-
