- Abstract
- Genetic circuits encompass input, logic, and output elements, necessitating numerous adjustable genetic parts for intricate circuit construction. Precisely adjusting the input component is particularly vital in regulating the biosensor's dose-response curve. However, the limited scope and intricate tuning methods of current input components hinder the scalability of genetic circuits. Thus, a fresh, straightforward input component must be innovated. Furthermore, there's a demand for a novel input component capable of responding to diverse signals and enabling easy tuning. Leveraging the extensive array of available components, a hybrid input component holds promise for significant scalability.
