Abstract
Genetic circuits encompass input, logic, and output elements, necessitating numerous adjustable genetic parts for intricate circuit construction. Precisely adjusting the input component is particularly vital in regulating the biosensor's dose-response curve. However, the limited scope and intricate tuning methods of current input components hinder the scalability of genetic circuits. Thus, a fresh, straightforward input component must be innovated. Furthermore, there's a demand for a novel input component capable of responding to diverse signals and enabling easy tuning. Leveraging the extensive array of available components, a hybrid input component holds promise for significant scalability.
