- Abstract
- Monolayer colloids assembly on the solid substrate is demonstrated with an assist of drying agent. By employing different diameter of polystyrene colloids, hollow hemispherical structure ITO anode organic light emitting diodes (OLEDs) show 15% improvement of luminance while the slight higher leakage current comparing to the plane ITO OLEDs. By controlling the height and diameter of colloids, O2 plasma etching induces the reduction of colloids diameter while adjacent colloids distance are constant by plasma power of 100Watt at 100mTorr. The luminance is increased by 31% without leakage current.
