dc.description.abstract | This paper presents an adaptive tree-based P2P video streaming multicast system under high peer-churn rate. Because peers typically display dynamic and unstable behavior during the session, a P2P video streaming multicast tree must take into account both the link delay and peer stability in order to provide a seamless video streaming multicast service with low delay. Hence, we need to adaptively update the multicast tree according to its time-varying environments in order to obtain an effective tradeoff between the delay of the tree and the relative peer stability over multicast tree.
