대중 참여 혁신을 위한 IT활용 모델의 개념적 연구

Abstract

In the past, the public was passive in the innovation process. Even though participating in innovation, Companies was only listening to customer ideas. But through the development of the IT the public have gained professional intelligence capabilities and vision. So, they are involved in corporate innovation work as innovators. In this study, the innovation type of public participation that is recently spread is defined through the literature. What is more, this article confirms that IT plays an important role in the innovation process through case analysis that led an innovation with the public to the successful. This analysis suggested the essential elements of IT in order to work successfully in the innovation type of public participation by case study and literature.
