dc.description.abstractIn rapidly changing business environment, corporate needs to make new business successful for sustainable innovation and growth. Through the change from competition of corporate to competition of business ecosystem, it is necessary to promote small and medium-sized business and develop mutual relationship among venture business, small and medium-sized business, conglomerates. This paper researched characteristic of business ecosystem from analyzing case study of global companies which are internal and international. As a result, this paper supposed the new organizational business ecosystem model which is organizational formation with company, government, customer. And it suggests each different corporation strategy to maximize the competence in business ecosystem and introduced appropriate role of each organization. It implies that each company, government should try to change relationship in business ecosystem from subcontract to platform-centric integration for improvement of relation.en_US
