Abstract
We study explicit dispersion and uniform L-1-stability estimates to the Vlasov-Poisson system for a collisionless plasma in a half space, when the initial data is sufficiently small and decays fast enough in phase space. This extends the previous results on the dispersion and stability estimates for the whole space case.
