- Abstract
- A pillared interlayered clay (PILC) intercalated by titania has been prepared as a catalyst support in an attempt to overcome the drawbacks of titania. The morphological, thermal, and surface properties of Ti-PILC have been particularly examined to use as a support for a NO SCR catalyst. The Ti-PILC prepared here was found to exhibit higher surface area and stronger acidity and thermal stability than the titania used as a common catalyst support.
