dc.description.abstractThe purpose of this study is to find effective training methods on Neurotrophic Factors and Aging-Related Hormone in elderly women by having different types of 3 minute recovery during weight training. The participants were 26 elderly women over 65. They were divided into STG with 9, WAG with 8, REG with 9 by different way of recovery between sets during weight training. The results of this study are as follows; In Neurotrophic Factors, BDNF was significantly higher in STG than that in REG. IGF-1 was s ignificantly higher in STG and WAG than that in REG. VEGF showed no significant difference between groups. In Aging-Related Hormone, Growth Hormone and Estrogen showed no significant difference between groups. Melatonin was significantly higher in STG and WAG than that in REG. The result of this study suggests that having passive recovery is more effective on Neurotrophic Factors and Aging-Related Hormone in elderly women than having rest.-
