dc.description.abstract | Companies are investing in R&D and how to make the R&D results lead to economic performance is closely related with whether companies have their own business model or not. The same technology has a wide variety of business models, and differentiated business model can meet the customers' various needs rather than technical differentiation, therefore, it can be more helpful to strengthen companies' competitiveness. This research suggests a methodology which can be used to design a business model based on the understanding of advanced convergence technology. To develop the methodology, we use hybrid approach which is a dual approach by analyzing the traditional business model of incumbent industry and deriving the key success factors of market-proven business cases to apply our suggested model. From these researches, we create a business model development methodology which consists of processes and checklists, and it is expected that this methodology can be a good guideline to initiate and examine new businesses for companies. | en_US |
