dc.description.abstractIn this thesis, , we will discuss microstructure analysis of two dimensional (2D) materials, such as number of layers, dislocation, stacking sequence etc. 2D materials have ultra-thin thickness and therefore we can apply kinematical theory learned theoretically. Diffraction spots applied by kinematical diffraction have different information respectively. Through dark field (DF) images used these diffraction spots, we analyzed microstructure of 2D materials.-
