dc.description.abstractIn this thesis, we propose a rendering adaptation technique, which can dynamically vary graphic rendering streaming depending on the network condition. In this approach, a rendering factor is changed to minimize user experience artifacts, while considering heterogeneous wireless networks. We analyze the impairment of rendering factor on 3D games, and to guarantee user QoE(Quality of Experience). We combine the rendering impairments with distortion due to encoding factor like bit rate and bandwidth. We improve mobile cloud service QoE which can characterize simultaneous effects of graphic rendering and encoding for cloud service.-
