dc.description.abstractIn this paper, we present a robust observer-based controller for perturbed time-delay systems, in which the full state cannot be measured. Lyapunov method with linear matrix inequality (LMI) technique is used for synthesis of the control law to stabilize the system. The time-varying perturbations are assumed to be within a given compact set.-
